The raising of the first Master Mason in the state of Illinois in the year 2000 occurred at Lancaster Lodge # 106, on 1-3-2000, with the Who's Who in Masonry in attendance. Right Worshipful Deputy Grand Master Bro. James E. Durbin obligated, with Most Worshipful Grand Master Bro., J. Garrie Burr of the State of Illinois raised, the Candidate to the sublime degree of Master Mason
